The 2009 Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 15th, 2009, at Oak Grove United Methodist Church,
Room 219. The meeting should last from 3:00-4:00 p.m. When you get to the Church [educational wing], please look for the signs
to direct you to the correct room.
To conduct business at the annual meeting we must have members or proxies representing 10% of the total
voting power . If you cannot attend, please
send your proxy to a member of the Board or to some other person whom you know will attend the meeting.
