Pool Pavillion Tables

Only the tables by the baby pool can be reserved.   All other tables are on a first come first serve basis.

• A party constitutes 10 or more guests.  Any person who is not an ERRC member shall be considered a guest. This total includes adult supervisors at a child’s party.
• Guest fees must be paid to the front desk attendant and guests must be accompanied by a member.
• Guests are subject to applicable club rules and regulations. 
• The host member is responsible for paying all fees and for all clean-up. 
• All parties must be reserved in advance by contacting the Club Manager.   Reservations must be submitted ahead of time, with a minimum advance notice of 24 hours before the requested time.
• Availability is determined by the Club Manager, who maintains a master calendar.
• Every attempt shall be made to accommodate requests provided appropriate life guard supervision can be arranged.  However, the Club Manager has the discretion, for safety or other appropriate reasons, to deny a party request.
• Parties are limited to 3 hours, including set-up and clean up.   
  To maximum use of reservation area, weekend reservation times are limited to: 11am -2 pm, 2-5 pm, or 5-8 pm.

Reserving the Pool

Want to reserve the pool after hours?  Reservation of the pool and facilities can only be done by adult ERRC members in good standing.  Costs include a $75 rental fee, plus an additional fee to cover the costs of required lifeguards.  The number of lifeguards shall be determined by the Club Manager based on the number of people attending the party.    The club manager will be back in touch.  Please include your membership number in the request.
